Battery mod? 37 minute battery??

I recently saw this video:

Does anyone know how this works? can you buy this mod? Obviously, I am very interested in this and would be willing to pay for this sort of mod, if I could find out how to get it!

how does that work?

He soldered onto the leads going to the speed controller circuits. There's red and black power wires on each side of where the battery connects inside the shell.
