Battery lights

Have battery. Charger says fully charged. Plug into quad it runs. However no lights are showing on battery . What should I do. ??

The lights must not work so you should contact DJI support and maybe get a replacement.

Do not use battery to fly with - could be a disaster looking for a place to happen. Symptom May also indicate 'smarts' are damaged in battery charging circuit and if that even just may be the problem - DO NOT CHARGE - possible explosive situation - really, be very careful.
