Battery life check no lights

Press and hold button on battery for 5 seconds and getting no lights. Single press seeing 4 lights. The battery is 100% charged. Checked on the computer with the phantom attached and the battery charge and life are both at 99-100%.

Drone flies for about 9 mins then fly home is activated. Battery level down to one light. GoPro in case, attached with plastic GoPro package mount/plate. No gimbal.

Had one bad crash on concrete from about 60-70 feet up. No damage to p2 but gimbal was destroyed and GoPro motherboard had to be replaced.

Sounds like you haven't been storing your batteries at 50% when not flying for long periods of time. Doing that battery test by holding down between 5 - 10 seconds is not a true test of the batteries condition only the software can do that. Fully charge the battery put into the P2 and take a screenshot of the battery info and post it here. Like this:
