Battery Issue

    I'm a novice pilot and have been flying my Vision+ for a few weeks.

    I recently purchased a second battery which is charging and providing power to the Vision+. However, the motors won't power up with the new battery and I get the calibration error (orange and red lights). When I switch the original battery back everything works fine.

    The calibration is working fine but I still get the orange and red lights when I attempt to start the motors. Can someone please help?

    Knee jerk reaction says, bad new battery. But, before I'd write it off completely, I'd check its voltage output, examine the contacts carefully to be sure they are clean and making contact. I'm also assuming the same charger is used on both batteries. Beyond that, I'd ask for a replacement.

    Out of interest, was it a genuine DJI battery?

    Not good news but thanks guys. The battery is a DJI product so I'll be contacting them....
