Battery Help

I need some help with this battery. Is it shot? Or will it get better. I took this screen shot immediately after charging it for the 4th time. I have been fallowing the break in guidelines but am getting worried? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It seams as though the first cell won't fully charge and or balance with the other cells. I am being overly cautious?

You are going to get some deviation the more the battery is used. That is minor. So I would just check her every once in a while and see if the battery is holding.
