Battery fault phantom 3 standard

Hi a new flyer I got 2 batteries with my p3 one has gone faulty I switch the battery on it lights up and switches back of again other battery is fine any ideas

What happens when you press the battery button once and release? What happens when you connect it to the battery charger?
