Battery Failure?

Today I pressed the battery button to turn on my P2 and I got 2 green lights in the middle of the battery, the outside lights were off. The P2 had red lights in the rear. I now cannot charge the battery. I placed a fresh battery in the P2 and all was well. Any suggestions? As always, thanks much.

How old is the battery? What firmware is installed? How many cycles on it? What does it say when you plug the P2 into PT2?

It is one years old today. All the software is up to date. Not sure what you mean by P2 into PT2. I assume the battery bad. I just thought that someone might know the light code. I could not find it on the DJI site. The weird thing is that the battery keeps that light sequence on regardless of if it is in the P2 or not. Eventually, they go out. It will not recharge.

I did read somewhere that, depending on how much you use it, these batteries only last a year.

I think there is a youtube that says you can plug it into the charger after your press the button and while the LED still lighting. You can give that a try.
