Battery error

Ok everyone I have a standard 3 and when I turn on my remote, connect my wifi and power up the air craft all 4 LED lights go solid red and my dji go app everything looks perfect but my battery percentage says zero volts and zero battery and that's it. Won't fire motors up or nothing.

How many lights do you get on the battery for level indication? When was the battery last charged?

My exact issue, and i just changed the esc motors & leds. Im in the process of draining the battery now to see it if fixes the issue. Let me guess when you go under status everything is normal but the battery says N/A and invalid battery correct?
