Not sure what to do but one of my battery's doesn't make the click sound the other ones do. The battery does lock in. Any idea what I should do about it? Is this a concern, should I contact the dji? Thank you

Can you pull it out without squeezing the grips?

It's fairly new. I stuck a knife under the dipped lip (top one) and let it sit for 10 minutes. It's better now.

I had the opposite. The top grip would not press in without significant force (literally two thumbs down). I sent the battery back to the supplier and contacted DJI. No word from DJI after 10 days. Not even an autoresponder saying they got my support inquiriy.
