I haven't flown for a while and when I got it out to charge the battery's back up, one is stone cold dead. It has no lights and won't charge. I left it on the charger for 4 hours and nothing. Time to toss it?

It may be in storage mode. Check the battery manual. I remember seeing it with DJI and they had how to do it. I will look for it to for you and see if I can find it.

Instructions are on page 4 of the battery manual. If it doesn't work with that, it may be shot. Good luck

I don't have it. It was in storage a long time. The others were ok but I used them more.

@Ted4797 here it is. You can also get to the manual from the DJI Go app. Hope this helps.

How old is the battery and how long was "a long time" in storage? Do you get the red LED when you press the button or nothing at all?

Only a couple of months? What was The charge level when you put them in storage? In any event, I'd be calling DJI support, after all, you've nothing to lose.

Never mind. Found the other thread. It's for bestbuy Canada. BestBuy US wants $149. According to today's exchange rate in the US we are paying over double for the same thing.
