Battery Charger Question

Hi guys i have the Phantom 1.1.1 and the original battery charger. Now my problem is with one battery i have (just got it new 3 weeks ago) when i plug it into the charger two lights blink (charge status and 1S) back and forth, but when i put my other batteries on it they charge just fine. This battery has charged on this charger once before with no problems so anyone have any advice or have seen this before? Thanks for the help guys

Didn't over-discharge it by any chance? Bad news for a LiPo.
