Does anyone charge their Phantom batteries while driving? I've ordered the Mavic (my first camera drone) to take on a 6 week motorbike trip, the plan was to charge the batteries while riding to make sure my bike battery doesn't die. Also, I can't seem to find the dimensions of the battery, looking to buy some LiPo bags for them, P3 or P4 bags would do?

Battery capacity is smaller, so I'm reasonably sure they'll fit P3/P4 bags, and a 12 volt charger is listed in spares or standard with the 'de-luxe' kit.. You should be good to go. Happy holidays.

Thanks. So the vibrations and the bumps while driving should be okay? I hadn't read anything specifically about charging while driving but did see some articles saying vibrations weren't good...
