Batterie cell broken

first use I receive batterie cell broken call service what do I do what is the on from control or tha bird

If you have a defective cell in your battery send it back to dji, your aircraft will not even start the motors and risk falling out of the sky, the software will take over and stop you from using it (thats a good thing) Do not try to use that battery. Last month I had a defective battery and I sent it back to dji and they replaced it with a new battery, it took about 2 weeks to get the new one.
