Balancing battery

Hello guys,

Im a new phantom owner and been charging batteries as suggested in manual. Recently while charging one of the batteries , i started seeing blinking red light. User manual says its because balancing of cell. However i do not know how to fix that or what are the best practices to maintain good battery life, charge after charge. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
