Bad image quality

Hello,
I just bought a used phantom 3 4k. But yhr image quality sucks. And it gets even worse when i film. Is this model so bad or ehat do you think. I don't have sd card yet so i cant show you.
Can someone post a picture from a phantom 3 4k here?

Did you pull the images off the SD card directly? I noticed when I film the video that goes right back to my phone and saves there from the DJI Go App is only in 720 even if I record in 1080. To get the true image and video you must take them off the SD card to your phone or a PC.

Yes, what you a viewing is not what will be on the SD card, it is a compressed version on your mobile device,
