Bad Gimbals?

I wanted to see if any other phantom pilots, who have several birds have come across faulty gimbals?
I happened to have two gimbals that did not work in the same order.
I am going to try and work this out with DJI however wanted to see if
any other pilots who have bought PHANTOM 2 w/gimbal, ordered between July 15 and August 1 have had issues?

I've had issues with my Zenmuse H33D which I bought along with my P2 in the UK between those dates, it does work but has several problems meaning I'm returning it
