Has anyone tried to mod their p3 backpack somehow so the p4 can fit? Is that possible?

I've seen a few people modify the P3 DJI hard shell backpack by simply cutting the foam to make the P4 batteries fit, you,loose that little space above the batteries but it wasn't really a useful space for much anyway.

So it is possible to carve the foam and make the p4 fit in a p3 dji hard shell. Thanks

I just did it yesterday to a P3 DJI hard shell that I picked up from MicroCenter for $29
You also need to cut the landing gear slots longer and wider, also some slots for the gimbal guard.
It wasn't hard, I heated up a box cutter blade with a butane torch and it helped keep the cuts clean. I can fit 3 P4 batteries where the P3 batteries used to go.

And if you want to make it easy you could buy a cheap foam cutter from Amazon, they come in handy!

Cheap foam cutter! [emoji15] it's showing $99 on that link... Hat ain't cheap. Ha ha. I'll stick with my method that is essentially the same but at about 50c. [emoji4]
