My first Phantom got too close to a wave and the spray brought it down. Never recovered with go pro lost as well.

First time back over water with new Phantom, Zenmuse and go pro 3+, and FS Attitudes. Had to get back up on that horse...

Can I ask what settings you use on your GP 3+?

Also being a newbie I'm trying to gauge what video editing tool you prefer to use?

Nice work. I am also interested in your GP settings. I'm guessing your field of view was either medium or narrow as I didn't see the typical curvature at the horizon's edge of shooting in Wide mode.

Thanks for the compliments. I have the go pro set to 2.7k 30fps with Protune turned on and "medium" fov. I then import the clips into GoPro studio and keep them as high quality as possible. It has options for taking out fisheye, adjusting white balance and sharpening, etc... Export at highest rez possible and then edit in FCPX to a 1080p 30 timeline. I hope that helps.
