i run a paintball field and would like to stream the flights of my P2V+ to a 40"tv in the pro shop so the people can watch live feeds .... can i do this with the DJI AVL58 system???

You technically could, but you wouldn't want to with a P2V or P2V+ as they use the same 5.8GHz frequency for control that the AVL58 does for video transmission. What you'll need to do is get a video transmitter and receiver that work on 2.4GHz or any of the other standard FPV bands.
Most common FPV receivers (of any frequency) have a standard video output that you could feed to anything with the appropriate input. Just know that the display will be in standard-def since that's all most FPV gear will broadcast...to get full HD from air to ground you will need something like DJI's Lightbridge.
