Autopilot

So I have a dji phantom 3 4K and an iPhone 6s. using autopilot I made a waypoint mission where I start at the top of a hill and start to go down it. In settings I changed the minimum altitude to -196ft. during the mission when I get to 0ft the drone won't continue to move downwards but does keep flying the mission. How do I have autopilot allow me to go negative feet as I go down the hill

Does anyone else have a problem with the video shaking when using waypoints and have the focus strategy direction on?
