Autopilot by Autoflightlogic issue

Anyone else have issues using the Autopilot app by Autoflightlogic . Today I was testing out the different modes. Waypoints, zip line, orbit, etc. I created a waypoint route and an orbit. I went through the the engage processes and it all worked fine. Then I came back an hour later to run the processes again. The flight screen went green as if it was engaged but nothing happened. It just would hover in place. I tried multiple times and same thing. I also never got the zipline feature to work. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong. It was a big bummer because I was recording an event that I had planned out.

Update: came back the next day and the orbit and waypoint worked once but the target wouldn't work. Then tried the orbit and waypoint and it wouldn't work. I've attached a pic of the screen when it's not working. This is getting super frustrating, especially since I feel like I wasted $30.

Have you tried contacting autoflightlogic? They have a support e-mail address listed on their website. From what I have heard, they tend to be pretty responsive.
 
It works as advertised. Can be a reasonable learning curve however worth it. You will find your imagination to be the only limiting factor once you understand the sertings and features.
 
The customer service at Autoflightlogic is awesome. It turns out I was using my wifi only iPad instead of my iPhone which doesn't work without an external gps. Steve worked through the issues with me and finally figured it out. I feel like an idiot not realizing this sooner. What a great company and product. Thank you.

Glad that worked out for you. I have never had to use their tech support...had just heard that they were pretty good. This just confirms it for me.
