Screen Stream Mirroring will allow you to stream to youtube, twitch and various other streaming services. Your device needs to be rooted. Of course you have to set the app up and which ever service you want to stream to. I was just testing streaming to twitch with a Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and it worked flawless. Twitch records every stream and allows you to upload the recording directly to youtube if you choose to do so. Here is the quick test I did.
