Atti RTH ?

    So if drone switches to Atti mode in flight you should not hit the RTH button to bring it back from it's drift? Even tho your home point is where you started? I take it that the drone needs GPS for RTH? When would the RTH be activated by the operator and not the Drone itself?

    GPS is necessary for RTH.
    Your Phantom won't go switching to atti mode while it has a good sky view unless you screw up your compass calibration.
    You can activate RTH with the RTH bbutton on the screen and the controller button.
    RTH is very important and the manual has three pages about it.
    Every flyer should be familiar with this section of the manual.
