How do I attach photos to a post, I have tried a few times but to no avail

How do I attach photos to a post, I have tried a few times but to no avail

Attaching photos

Click reply (or quote)
Then click on the Upload attachment tab at the bottom (see pic)
Then click on the Choose File button (see pic)
Then select your image file from your PC/Mac file system
Then you will see the image file name in the filename: box (see pic)
Then click the Add the file button (see pic)
You should then see the image details listed below the box where you are able to type a reply like this.
You can choose to place your image inline or delete and resubmit a different one
Click submit and you're done
