I'm struggling getting my ARRIS CM2000 Interface Software to read my gimbal. On my computer, I only have COM4 to choose when I connect to one USB and COM3 in another USB, I click on either and then click on "Read" and nothing happens. All I see is a bunch of zeros. Any ideas?

I'd like to be able to setup the gimbal so I can manually control the pitch. I can move the gimbal but I need to be able to make adjustments to the gimbal so I can control the pitch angle. Right now all I can do is make the pitch go from pointing up into the props and straight down onto the ground.

I had similar issue.
Close the software, unplug the gimbal from the USB.
Power up the gimbal, plug in USB, wait 5 seconds then open software.
Click on port on left side of screen then click read. Should be good to go.
Save the default file so you can go back if you have to.

Thanks but it's a no go again. I guess I'll just keep trying.

Wow!! Nothing???? I guess I'm all alone in this quest to get this working.
