Are the E300 motors and Red 2212 motors the same??

I jus noticed that my E300 motors are 2212/920kv and so are the DJI 2212/920v seem to be the same motors. The reason why I'm asking is because I need to replace one of my E300 motors and I found a brand new in the package Red 2212/920v. Does anyone know if aside from not matching my other E300 motors is this Red 2212/920v motor the same as the E300 motors?

Physically they are identical except for the prop threads. The red motors are all threaded in one direction. The E300 have cw and ccw threads. The E300 are claimed to be tuned with the esc that is sold for the E300. The E300 claims to have more thrust than the red 2212. The bearings are claimed to be of better construction on the E300. The E300 is sold with a 15 amp esc the red 2212 were sold with a 18 or 30 amp esc, I don't remember which one. That being said I have read where they have been mixed without any bad results. I have both and will not mix them. If you decide not to use the motor I would be willing to purchase it from you at the right price.
