Apple ipad

I'm green to apple products. I have the DJI phantom 3 standard. Would the reg iPad or mini 2 air be suitable for this drone

The iPad Mini 2 and all other Apple products listed here would be suitable.

I use a regular old iPad for my Standards. Seems to work okay. I also conscripted my wife's iPad Air so I could use the GPS feature. I had to buy her a Mini.

You will need to upgrade the mount to clamp it to the radio.

I have a friend who has a apple I pad 3, 32 gig with WiFi and cellular 4glte. This would work

I use an Ipad II Mini without cellular and it works fine with my Phantom 3 Standard.
