Sorry guys - we upgraded the tapatalk plugin and it seems to be causing problems with the app. I'm working with the developers and rolling back to an old version of the plugin.

Still not working for me. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still hangs up...

Might want to jump off wifi and onto the cell network to see if that changes anything. We have seen an issue with multiple devices on the same wifi network having an issue with accessing our server.

Nope....why would that be a problem now if it never was in the past?

Can you tell me what version of the app you are using? Should be menu->settings and scroll to the bottom.

Sorry, are you talking about IOS version? Currently running 9.3.3.
Phantom Pilots version 5.1.14...updated July 5th

After reinstalling the app I get the prompt to allow notifications then it attempts to load but never does. Both iPads have the same problem.

Ok, rebooted the iPads and everything seems to be back to normal. Awesome!

Hi all!

I hate to revive an old thread, but I wasn't getting any help in my thread.

I am having the same issue. newest version downloaded as of 11-4-16.

I cant even sign into the app before crash.

And for some reason, my S7 Edge cannot access the website. It only loads a blank white screen.

my old thread:
App & Website

Try a couple things so we can narrow it down.

1. Try it on cellular vs wifi and see if that makes a difference.
2. Try accessing the phantompilots.com through your mobile browser and see if you can reach that.

It could be that tapatalk is having issues on the S7 Edge or cellular network.

Thanks,

C

Sorry for the late reply. No internet @ home.

Tried on my works wifi. No luck.

And I have tried the following browsers with no luck: Android Internet (stock), Chrome, Firefox. Tried in both mobile & desktop modes. Displays a white screen after loading.

As for the app, I'm still getting the crash upon opening.
