I;m looking into various tracking devices & got a message back from this company:
We do not offer the Loc8tor plus anymore & the standard Loc8tor is perfect for drone tracking.
Anyone using this tracker & if so is it a worthwhile addition to the Phantom?
Thanks in Advance, so to speak.

I checked it out. If you mean the RDF unit, it does not have much range. The GPS unit looks like it's out of stock from the company itself, and was quite expensive for the cell service. After research, I now use the Trackimo 3G model. Free service for a year, then $5 a month. Great product and app for your mobile device, and online tracking via web browser as well. Initial unit cost is around $150, ymmv.
