Anyone use use Trackr or Tile for drone tracking

I know they are only wifi, but they might be a cheap alternative

It's a great option if you're drone is less than 100 feet away when you lose it. If further away than that, you're going to want a tracker like one of these.

Yeah, I thought about using one of my Tile units till I realized it was short range only, unless there are other units in the area to relay with. I believe you would have to use a larger GPS tracker of some sort and that probably requires a subscription. I have just kept flying my Litchi waypoint missions and should it go down, I will at least have a good idea where it should be. If you get a Tile to work somehow, please come back here and post the details. That would be great if it did work.
