I purchased a tan Pelican 1640 from B&H. It's pretty huge, about 30 pounds on it's own. But i've owned Pelican in the past and they really are phenomenal cases.

That is a BIG CASE! must be expensive. Add +$50 for checkin luggage LOL!!!! I would never check in my phantom. hand carry.
