Anyone try the H4-3D and Hero4 Silver?

I have been told by everyone at DJI that these will not work together. But, then again, the 4 wasn't supposed to work on the H3-3D and it does, with some slight mods.

Has anyone bit the bullet and bought the H4-3D and tried it with the Silver Hero4?

No, But I am using it with a GoPro 3 Black + runs just beautiful

Did you have to do any counterbalancing magic to it? I am just curious, as the H3+ Black is so much lighter than the H4 Black that the gimbal is calibrated for.

Nope, but I do think about finding my old Hero and using it with my 3 black, so I can experiment with 3D filming. Wouldn't that be cool to use 3D goggles and have FPV in 3D? Now, that would truly be almost like being in the cockpit. Once that works, I'll start on my motion flight simulator. Just sit down and go for a ride!
