yup covered in the dual battery thread... Nobody has bought it because it adds more weight than the normal battery mod with CF arms. Weight is the factor when doing a battery mod.

I've always wondered when someone would come up with this idea. Also wondered about the weight aspect too though. Can the Phantom 3 even handle the extra weight of a second battery?

i think it probly could but not for long i.e. motors might overheat or something to that effect
