Anyone know?

A little bit further than Palm Springs but we've got an area we've been flying in for years down there...from Ramon Road in Thousand Palms turn left onto Thousand Palms Canyon Road. Take that all of the way to the foothills (you'll cross over Dillon Road and proceed onto an unpaved road which will bring you into an awesome area. You can see down the whole valley and can fly up into the mountains from there. It can be extremely windy at times so if you fly up into the mountains be mindful of strong winds over the mountain tops.

Get to the google maps and click on the point you are suggesting and look for the geo coordinates. It may be better to provide these coordinates for one to reach the spot accurately.

Went there yesterday. Pretty sketchy place, gunshells and targets all over, and extremely windy flew for about 5 minutes before I decided there was no good footage to be filmed here. Thanks for the recommendation anyway
