anyone ever have 'bad cell' popup dissappear after charging?

I have a 5200mah smart battery that has a 'bad cell' window pop up in assistant. It did have a cell 40mv lower than the others, but after special charging, it is now within a few mv of the others but the 'bad cell' window is still there.

I am curious if anyone has ever experienced this 'bad cell' window GOING AWAY LATER.

Have you tried completely removing the charging circuitry from the power/battery for a few minutes? I assume it is always powered...
