Anyone else have New battery with bad cell.

    I am getting a bad cell notification after first charge. Can't find the receipt from Best Buy. Has anyone had this issue ? I'm wondering if DJI would replace it. Any thoughts ?

    I do believe if you use a credit card on your purchase. Bestbuy will be able to pull up that transaction and reprint a receipt for u

    Also when you register your quad with DJI. They should have a record on purchase dates.

    I called DJI North America in California. 10 minute phone call. DJI emailed me a shipping label and said it will be replaced. Can't ask for anything more.

    Or you can go to best buy and they will swap the drone out for you that's what I have done, and it will save you time.
