Anyone can please help fix this?

So all of a sudden my Vision Pus wont show what the camera is seeing on my phone. I used it last week and everything was working fine. I could see real time video of what the camera was seeing. And now I just get a black screen on the phone but everything see seems to be working. I can tilt the camera up and down using my phone app and I can take pictures and view them in the album but it just doesnt show them in real time.

What can be causing this?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have another device...phone/tablet that you can test with it. Unfortunately, there have been alot of people having the same issues. Do a search for black screen on our forums and you should see numerous examples and prob a fix. I haven't had the problem so I cant tell ya how to fix it sry.

Try to rebind the range extender. If this doesn't work. Most likely you have a bad wifi transmission module. This is a warranty repair.

Try a soft reboot of your phone to clear the cache.

My P2V had the same problem a couple times and I fixed it by reloading the app.
