ok it looks like your gps/gsm signal is poor, it needs to say good. Might need to move to a different area and see if it improves.

Also whenever I try to track it or anything it says can't communicate it's offline ?

Can anybody help? I have a new RF-V16 gps tracker, I powered on tracker once to test and turned off after 5mins. The next day tried to power on device and nothing, no tune or led lights. Dont know what to do!

plug it into the charger, it will auto turn on

Hi, the device did not come with a charger only a usb cable, tried plugging into a laptop and even a powerbank and nothing happens...?

Problem now fixed, issue with sim apn...anyway device finally booted up charged battery 100% and restarted the RF-V16.
