Anybody else having compass errors?

My bird seems to be very sensitive to anything interfering with it. Seems wherever I place it, I get compass errors.

I actually ignored the warning once and almost had a flyaway as a result

A compass error might make your Phantom tricky to control but it doesn't make it fly away.
Are you saying that you are getting compass errors out in the open well away from cars, structural steel. buried pipes, electrical cables and reinforced concrete etc?
