Muhahaaaaaaa! Powered it with a P2 battery, it worked, but the lights got out of sync a couple times! 11.1v, instead of a true 12v, but it worked good enough!

Hello all,
Been a while, but still going, I was unable to locate the exact brake shoes I needed for the front end, but I found something VERY similar, but requires me to do some modding to them.

I have to cut the welds here, and here

To remove the axle from the hub, then drill the new hub larger here

Then weld the axle to new hub, will keep you updated.
