Antenna tracker assist

Is there a 'poor mans' version of an antenna tracker out there for purchase? Not those tripod automatic tracking systems. Something simple that like gives a tone when your controller antenna is not pointed at the copter. Like a homing device that would assist in finding the target when flying very long range? Just a thought.
