Antenna to replace itelite dbs

Hello guys,

Long time reader with first post and need some advise if possible.

I bought a like new condition P3P.

The original owner removed the original antenna housing and installed the itelite dbs mod on them.

After awhile, installing and removing the dbs antenna everytime you fly gets abit annoying

Since I don't fly longer than 1000meters radius, is there any antenna I can use to replace the dbs antenna? I am looking for the antenna which I can leave them attached to my RC just like the original when it's in the bag.
I have tried to find a back pack to modify so that I can leave the RC with dbs installed while in the bag but to no avail.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

I have been looking for the P3 back pack that would fit the RC with dbs antenna installed but haven't found one yet.

You can get screw on antennas that will work and have a flex joint that allows them,to be turned and rotated. Simular to the ones show next to the DBS antenna, different model but same set up.

I'll look in to it. They are not many RP-SMA antennas to chose from.

I am not selling the dbs.. am just looking for other antenna similar to stock.
I will keep the dbs for when I need it.
