Is connecting my Android to a goggle system possible? If so, in simple terms how do I do this?

The cheapest way would be to use Litchi on your android phone and put it into any type of Vr goggles. Litchi has a mode for that.

I was talking more on using a google cardboard type setup using your phone as a screen. I'm not sure about connecting to designated FPV goggles.
