Just purchased a tablet - Model Samsung SM-T337A (AT&T Trek_HD) Android version 5.1.1 and just wanted to let folks know that I have not encountered any problems with / using the GoApp.. Unit was an addon for $200... so not too bad in price...

After the rain lets up... will do more flying.. post any problems

Did you have any luck sorting this? I too am looking at a tablet running Android 4.4.2 kit Kat but I dont think it will work too well with the DJI App.

The best android tablet for the money and the P3 is a $200 Nvidia Shield K1.

Just taken a look at the Nvidia Shield K1. It does look very good. Do you use it to fly your Phantom? No probs with GPS or the DJI app I take it? Hows it look with 4k videos? Any lag?

I am VERY tempted by this tablet. :) Thank you for pointing it out to me.

I can answer some of my own questions after doing more research.

It has GLOSNAS GPS which is very good. It can handle 4K displays. But as an owner what do you think of it?
