So after a week of successful flying the gimbal is acting up once again but now its doing this and the camera will not tilt up or down......Any ideas, the light is flashing red btw on the top.

Dunno dude. If this was my issue i'd raise the white flag and ship to uavrepairshop.com. I hate intermittent crap like that
This means that you have not updated your phantom properly and due lack of Internet speed the phantom did not take it properly

WDW is it still under Warranty? If is not why not open it up and check the cables. Starting to sound like a loose connection.
