It took a couple emails, but I got Amazon to make good on the free extra battery deal for December Phantom 2 Vision purchase. It was a bit frustrating, as the non-native-english speakers in the help center had a hard time understanding what I was asking for. But eventually, after a bit of back and forth, they got it. Turns out they can't refund moneys on items sold by merchants thru Amazon, but can give you a credit for items you buy from merchants. 6 of one, half dozen of another, I guess. It would have been no problem if Amazon sold the batteries directly like they do the Phantom. Funny they are not on DJI's list of dealers. Not sure where they get the quads from if not directly from DJI, considering the quantities they must sell.
