I had trouble fitting this before, then a friend with a Phantom put it on, no problem, I tried again, went on, no hassle. Now I can't get it on completely again, so My Drone won't fit into Official dji backpack, without it pushing against springs. WTF is going on ? I have it all lined up correctly, it is just too tight to slide on.

Mine looks like it fits the exact same way. It fits in my case fine, the DJI backpack.

Strange ! I am going to have to revert to Gimble guard that came with the drone for time being. I will have to shave bits off to make Mine fit.

I had a similar issue. I trimmed down the piece on the top that slides into the 'track' of the gimbal holder.

Thanks Captain!
No, I had a shell hydrodipped by a guy in Arkansas and changed the shell over myself. I just needed something different. :)

I hade exactly the same problem. It simply won't fit. So I have had to revert to humbled guard that csmd with it too.
