My p3p we'll sit there or when I first start it up for about 10 minutes saying aircraft warming up before GPS signal in home point we'll save and it won't let me take off until any of that happens so I'm wondering what's going on cuz it takes about 10 to 15 minutes after turning everything on for it to boot up

Try calibrating the IMU after your Phantom has been sitting in a cool location for about 15 minutes. When you turn your Phantom on, it's important to start the calibration as quickly as possible.

Is it really 10 minutes though? Like you timed it on a watch? I know it feels like forever.... but 10 minutes? The customers where I work do that "I've been waiting for someone to help me for almost 1/2 hour now!!!" Then we look at when the call was placed and it was like 6 minutes ago. LOL

But don't keep the battery in the cold, remove it, cool the AC and then replace it when you're ready to do the IMU Cali.
