AEE S70 as alternative to GoPRO Hero 3

I'm not sure if this was mentioned as an alternatives to GoPRO Hero3: AEE S70. There is a review in Lithuanian actually, but you can see video comparison there as well: http://www.topzone.lt/aee-s70-magicam-g ... pro-hero-3

It looks that AEE S70 looks much better than Hero3 (side by side), however need to highlight that it's White Edition and I'm not sure if anybody has comparison with GoPRO Hero 3 Black Edition.

Do you think it's a valid lower budget option for Phantom 2?

I hadn't heard about this, but it looks great, and I'm definately keeping an eye on it. Does anyone know if they're compatible with the zens and/or lightbridge?
