advanced firmware for phantom loaded but does not complete the update

I got my new P# Advanced today. Updated remote no problem. Copied 1.08 firmware to MCSD and started phantom. The units makes the read sound about every second or so . The first time I tried the battery ran down below 15%. I stopped the upgrade after 3.5 hours. I am trying again with a different sd card and fully charged battery. 3.5 hours plus to update firmware? Any ideas?

Front lights steady red. Back lights flashing rapidly - yellow.

Try installing it again by following these instructions exactly.

Thanks for the info. I stopped the install again. Before I formatted the old card. I looked at the text file. It showed the update as successful. I put the formatted card in the unit and started it up. It powered on and connected to the remote. Wondering why it never restarted or beeped. Here is the file:

It looks like it installed. Which versions do you see listed in the "General Settings" --> "About" section of the DJI GO app?

DJI Go app is 2.8.0 for IOS
